- Downloading the Request Form from Al Ain Distribution Company Website.
- Filling the Request Form and attaching the required documents and Contact Numbers.
- Submitting the Request Form with all required documents to the Registrar of Asset Management Directorate.

Note:
Consultants and Contractors are allowed to submit the application and discuss any technical matters related to the application.
Required documents:
The following documents satisfying all conditions are obligatory to be submitted along with this request. Without the following documents, this application will not be accepted.
- Request Form shall be filled with all details and signed/ stamped by consultant and contractor.
- 3 sets of Material Submittal including all the following documents:
- Copy of Approved Supply Arrangement Request.
- ADEWA Data Sheet Compliance with Consultant Remarks and Stamps.
- Copy of Contract Drawing/Sketch.
- Copy of AADC Approved Single Line Diagram for the Project.
- Catalogue / Brochure (Original + 3 copies) Drawings.
- Manufacturer Quality Certificate (ISO or Other).
- FAT Protocols and Procedures.
- Copy of Certificates (Type Test, Non-Toxicity or Other).
- Copy of Previous Approvals.
- Other Enclosure (if any).
- All details on this form shall be typed. (Hand writing is not accepted).
