Service access:
  1. Downloading the Request Form from Al Ain Distribution Company Website.
  2. Filling the Request Form and attaching the required documents and Contact Numbers.
  3. Submitting the  Request Form with all required documents to the Registrar of Asset Management Directorate.
Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Sunday to Thursday
Service Availability : Consultants and Contractors
Service Duration: 5 working days

Note:
Consultants and Contractors are allowed to submit the application and discuss any technical matters related to the application.

Required documents:

The following documents satisfying all conditions are obligatory to be submitted along with this request. Without the following documents, this application will not be accepted.

  • Request Form shall be filled with all details and signed/ stamped by consultant and contractor.
  • 3 sets of Material Submittal including all the following documents:
    • Copy of Approved Supply Arrangement Request.
    • ADEWA Data Sheet Compliance with Consultant Remarks and Stamps.
    • Copy of Contract Drawing/Sketch.
    • Copy of AADC Approved Single Line Diagram for the Project.
    • Catalogue / Brochure (Original + 3 copies) Drawings.
    • Manufacturer Quality Certificate (ISO or Other).
    • FAT Protocols and Procedures.
    • Copy of Certificates (Type Test, Non-Toxicity or Other).
    • Copy of Previous Approvals.
    • Other Enclosure (if any).
  • All details on this form shall be typed. (Hand writing is not accepted).
