·         Cable/equipment/pole damaged - accident

·         Sound is heard from the substation

·         Animal existing inside a substation

·         Writings on a substation wall

·         Electrical wire/cable exposed

·         Alarm is heard from the substation

·         Incomplete site work

·         Open Electricity manhole
