AADC celebrates the Flag Day
AADC answered the invitation of
H.E. Muhammad Bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Vice President and Prime
Minister of the UAE, to raise the flag
high in celebration of the memory
of H.E. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed
Al Nahyan’s (may Allah safeguard
him) access to the presidency which
occurred on the 3rd of November,
under the motto “Raise it high …
raise it proud.”
The ceremonial events started
with the gathering of managers of
departments and sections in front
of AADC Main Building at 12.00 PM
to raise the flag high in coincidence
with the flag raising in all UAE
government authorities and circles,
in a reply to the invitation of H.E.
Muhammad Bin Rashid (may Allah
safeguard him).
The flag raising was accompanied
by broadcasting the national anthem
inside the company for all employees
to share in such wonderful moments
that express their loyalty and
love for their homeland. On this
occasion, AADC General Manager,
Muhammad Bin Omair Al Shamsi
stated that our participation in
celebrating the Flag Day springs
from our love for our country and
leaders, who are considered as a
symbol of our dignity and a source
of our pride. For, indeed, the value
of raising the flag lies in reflecting
the unity of the seven emirates as
represented by a single leadership,
may Allah safeguard them and grant
them wellbeing. So, by raising the
flag, we send a message to the world
that we love and attach to our dear
country, intending to share such a
message with the whole world.
