Data] Campaign …My way towards a better service”
AADC launched the third phase of
its “Bayanati [My Data] Campaign …
My way towards a better service” for
government bodies and institutions
to update the data of its employees
and clients with residential and
agricultural accounts, and to register
their own data through providing
their ID cards. This is meant to reach
employees at their work locations
and to cover the largest possible
segment of consumers, and to
spare them time and effort. The third
phase includes several government
circles and institutions, namely Al
Ain Municipality, General Directorate
of Residency and Foreigners Affairs,
Emirates Identity Authority, Tawam
Hospital, Judicial Authority, and
Health Authority.
Through the campaign, the
company seeks to cover around
60000 subscribers of the category
of customers with residential and
agricultural accounts in Al Ain
area and its suburbs until the end
of December. So, it invited all its
customers with residential and
agricultural accounts who have
not updated their data to hasten
to register their own data through
providing their ID and interacting
with the campaign, so as to ensure
continuity of service and to receive
water and electricity services
according to the highest standards
of quality and excellence.
The first phase of the campaign
targeted update of data for
customers of the main building
and of customer service centers
subordinate to the company, which
add up to 13 centers, including
customer service centers in Al Ain
Municipality. As for the second
phase, it covered visitors to trade
centers and shopping malls,
including Al Jimi Mall, Al Ain Mall,
and Al Bawadi Mall.
AADC
organized
Eid-ul-Adha
Cafe Forum for AADC general
managers and employees, given the
importance of social forums, which
reflect keenness to promote social
relationships among employees
within familial ambience and
entrench concepts of harmony and
social cohesion, away from daily
work routine.
