Important Notes:

• Consultant is required to submit to AADC, Asset Management Directorate soft copy (CD) of AS-Built-Drawings as per GIS requirements and specifications showing all details and selected locations of ducts by AADC for the concerned area.
• Only Consultant or Client is allowed to submit the application and discuss any technical issues related to the application.
• If you encounter any existing water asset and/or ancillary installations during the execution of work, and their protection is essentially required as per ADWEA standards, in such cases, please contact the Asset Management Directorate, AADC.
• In case that the existing pipelines are passing in the proposed road/parking you are requested to perform the necessary formalities for their diversion/protection, in coordination with Asset Management Directorate, AADC.

Required documents:

The following documents satisfying all conditions are obligatory to be submitted along with this request. Without the following documents, this application will not be accepted.

 1.             Request Form is filled with all details, signed and stamped by consultant

2.             2 sets of drawings for roads under construction and concerned areas satisfying the following Conditions:

-       Signed and stamped by consultant and contractor.

-       Proposed roads/areas are distinguished from the existing nearby roads/areas.

-       Distances on proposed roads/areas are clarified and marked every 300 meters.

-       A3 size drawings are submitted with clarified X-Y coordinates.

-       Soft copies (DWG&PDF) are provided for submitted drawings                                    

3.             Consultant proposed locations for future ducts and submitted them to AADC/AMD for Review

4.             Al Ain Municipality Letter Of Appointment
