We have implemented the Recycled Water Service Tariff, based on Government Resolution No (185) of 2021, effective from 1 January 2023.

Billing for all recycled water customers is done as part of your monthly utilities bill, and charges have been applied from 1 Jan 2023, with the exception of commercial recycled water customers who will be exempt from paying for one year - from 01/01/2023 to 31/12/2023.
