Al Ain Distribution Company, (AADC) announces its intention to sell surplus and scrap materials "As Is Where Is and with All Faults & Defects" basis through sealed bid envelops with the following conditions:
- Auction documents can be collected during normal office hours 7:30 AM to 02:30 PM from the address stated below (Participant should come along with Auction Document Fees receipt).
- The materials can be witnessed in –AADC, Ain Al Faydah Stores / other AADC Sites - as per the Auction documents.
- Auction document Fee: Dhs. 1000/- (Non Refundable) paid at cash counters of AADC Customer services Directorate.
- Bid Security Deposit: 10 % of Bid Value in the form of an unconditional Bank Guarantee.
- Bid Validity Period: 180 Days from Bid Closing date.
- Bid Closing Date:25-7-2013 at 12:00 Noon.
- Bidder has to Bid for entire Lot without exceptions.
Offers should be submitted in AADC Supply Department, 1 st Floor along with the relevant Bid Security in a sealed waxed envelop, strictly in accordance with the Auction document instructions, addressed to AADC – Fixed Assets Committee.
- Open or unsealed Bids will be rejected.
- AADC has the right to reject any offer without disclosure of any reasons.
- This advertisement is an integral part of the Auction document.
