AADC hosted a delegation from the
International Association of (Human
Resources) Investors, headed by IAHRI
Manager, Mr. David Daly, with the latter
seeking to acquaint with the AADC
readiness and preparations for applying
to the designation of an international
investor in human resources. The
delegation was briefed on work
mechanism in Human Resources
Department and reviewed the adopted
systems therein, like personnel
management system. They also toured
A visit to AADC by IAHRI
theMainBuildingof thecompany, during
which they inspected the Customer
Service Center, Debts Division and
work mechanism therein, as well as
the training hall. Moreover, they visited
the free call center in the Power House
building to identify the mechanism of
received calls from customers and the
stages through which such calls pass
since receipt of the communiqué and
until closing (archiving) it.
